December 31st will see us ending our partnership to supply Google Apps at a discounted rate to our clients. If you would like to retain your Google Apps account you do not need to do anything other than pay Google directly for your service when they transition you in to their billing system. You will be charged their slightly higher rate for the service so please be aware of their pricing policy when the change over occurs at the end of your billing cycle. If you are on the annual plan and your account is due in the middle of next year then that is when you will be transitioned on to their own pricing schedule.

If you would like to move to Office 365 the we can help you with that process. The Business Essentials package is slightly cheaper than we were able to offer Google Apps and offers more email storage along with 1TB of Microsoft One Drive for Business file storage which is really quite a good deal at the current price of £2.90 per month!
